- Schedule: Mon | Wed | Fri — 6 PM to 7 PM
Advanced Boxing
For fighters with experience looking to improve speed, ring IQ, and sparring technique.
- Schedule: Tue | Thu — 7 PM to 8:30 PM
Weekend Intensives
2-hour training sessions focused on stamina, power, and practical application.
- Schedule: Sat | Sun — 10 AM to 12 PM
Kids Boxing (Ages 6–14)
Fun, engaging, and discipline-based training that builds confidence and coordination.
- Schedule: Weekdays — 5 PM to 6 PM
